I was finally awake to ring in the new year. Sometimes I’m awake, sometimes I’m asleep. The year begins either way. My mom is staying with us for a little while and we were the only ones awake at midnight. We flipped between the UGA and Ohio State game, Miley and Dolly special, and Anderson Cooper special the last hour of 2022.

Ringing in 2023 with a kidney stone so this isn’t a great start to the new year, but it could definitely be a lot worse.
